Before project initiation: Full refund of any deposits or payments made
After project initiation but before design completion: Partial refund based on work completed
After design completion: No refund, as design deliverables have been provided

Design Revisions

We understand that design preferences may evolve. Our service packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

Contact us to initiate the refund process
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

Completed design deliverables that have been provided to the client
Services that have been fully rendered
Consultation fees for completed consultations
